"Update Unfortunately under new ownership this hotel has gone downhill. The pool water was yellow not clear. There was a towel and a bottle inside the pool. The hot tub has thick foam floating on it. The pool had a bad odor. The beds are now only full not queen size. One coffee dispenser in the morning with "bagged breakfast" to be picked up at the reception. We missed the previous owners, the cookies, the bigger beds and the clean pool. Past ownership review: A wonderful place to rest and recharge only minutes from downtown Milwaukee without the downtown prices! This is probably the cleanest hotel in its class. Beds are queen size, very comfortable, with the fluffiest pillows. It is nice and quiet here. Management is so caring. They made fresh coffee when we arrived in the afternoon. The pool was refreshing, and the hot tub was so relaxing. Our 3rd stay here and it is now a tradition every beginning of fall college semester."

"Clean, quiet and no cigarette smoke. I encountered 4 employees and all were cheerful and helpful. No hot breakfast, but what is provided is tasty and filling. I definitely will return if in the area."

"I like the location , rooms were aged but clean for what they are .No breakfast but covid style in a bag. Seems to place is in repair. My experience not so well. 20 pet fee! Big picture over bed fell on me while sleeping. I reported it . It was held up with some kinda sticky tape w/ no screws or nails in the wall. And three wood prongs in head board for base . So I wasn't a happy camper I guess. Pool and hot tub not horrible."

"Staff was nice. My mom woke up to go to the restroom at saw 2 roaches. Needless to say, we did not stay another night. In the morning we told the clerk we wanted to check out due to the roach problem and told them I expected a refund for my remaining nights. He took my info and said it may take a few days to hit my acct. Understandable. But now, several weeks later, no refund and none of the phone numbers for this place work. VERY DISGRUNTLED! FIX YOUR FREAKING ROACH PROBLEM AND REFUND MY DAMN MONEY!"
