"Location has what I need and is honestly the easiest location for online pick up and the yard employees are BEYOND sweet. The reasoning for the two stars is because I understand it takes awhile for online orders to go through and by all means there’s never a rush, but I called customer service and Dixie answered… mind you she never told me her name until I asked her at the very end. I asked if I could have an update on my order just because I was in the area with my infant and I could stop if it was ready and instead she just blurted out “I can transfer you to the back otherwise I don’t know” so I said she could transfer me to the back and instead of transferring me she must have had me on hold and within the hold time she magically knew how to look it up. It was as if she never wanted to help in the first place. saying “i don’t know” and then magically knowing how to do it, it’s just very rude. Maybe if you didn’t know something state that you would find someone to help instead of being rude. After she looked up my order I again stated i was in the area and it has been roughly 3 hours since I placed my order and Dixie interrupted me and said “you placed it 2 hours and 44 minutes ago” and I said “Exactly ROUGHLY 3 hours”. I don’t understand why she is so rude and not helpful. Maybe extra training on customer service or if she’s new someone should be with her helping her. I get it can be stressful during the holiday season, but customer service shouldn’t be so rude/argumentative and quick to not help."

"I found lots of reasonably priced winter weather gear. Also, I was thrilled to see Charlie Beres t-shirts there. I watch him on YouTube and had never thought about actually being in a store that had his merchandise. I am visiting from out of state. Thank you for carrying it"

"This place was absolutely awesome. I had to stay overnight at a delivery next door so I decided to check this place out. I was blown away by the fishing section which had every ring you could want. The hunting and camping section was just as awesome."

"Great place to go. Awesome selection. Brand names. People are always so helpful at the store in GB. Very professional and very helpful. I will always go back there. Excellent prices. Updated 6/17/2022: been going to this location since I moved back to Green Bay since about November maybe even December? What I like about this Fleet Farm over the other one(GB off Taylor) is that the one off Taylor Street it’s hard to get in and out of -the gas station, as well as the parking lot. This FF has a much better layout less congestion for traffic lines aren’t as long or slow shelves seem to be more organized or start better the store seems to be clean you’re definitely in the bathroom but also if you wanna get gas the car wash is right there if you want to vacuum out your vehicle it’s right next to the car wash and the auto centers right next to the car wash in the gas station either way Fleet Farm is awesome . I always use the gas coupon when I get the popcorn where if you spend $50 you get five dollars off on your purchase so I always use that in the rewards points. This store seems to have more people available to answer questions, lines aren’t as long more organized cleaner and better staffed. But like I said I just like Fleet Farm! Watch for the employee pricing they do that a couple times a year where you can get 20% off on your purchase after you use your coupon and only sales… Free farm will have a big banner up on their store and I also appreciate that they do a discount for veterans every so often I wish they would just do it like Home Depot does or some of the other stores"
