"***Update***: I did call the number, Mike doesn't work there, I was referred to Corporate, and then they transferred me to him. Mike had no idea what is happening, called me back with no resolution, told me that he will call back with more details and never did. They just checked a box with a response to my feedback but nothing more. It came down that apparently they could have not honor the price they originally had which is -2k despite the fact that they finalized everything, I ran my credit report, and the sent an email Great News, come and take the vehicle home. Sad story. I might share this with Nissan Corporate as I do not believe it's something that should be practiced by a dealer/sales person! If this is not what is called fraud, then I do not know what is. VIN: 5N1AZ2CS4PC141919 STOCK: 23NM0651 This vehicle is listed on every single platform with a price that we were going to purchase the vehicle for. We were on the way to the dealer and 30 minutes before, we received a call saying the vehicle was listed with an incorrect price. Despite this, everything was communicated to me via email with a breakdown on the price, down payment, and I even went through a pre-approval process which now dropped my credit score. If I received everything via email, I believe it was approved by sales manager, and then they called and asked for additional money. I am in the process of reaching out to GM and see why they have such an interesting and unfair practice! This feedback is solely to address your unfair practice, find and resolve gaps in communication, and improve the way you treat your customers so that they can bring you more business."

Was more than fair in pricing and went above and beyond to make sure this pre-owned certified vehicle was in perfect condition.
