"I would love to say that I like this place, especially because my mom works here, but I hate this place. It's a nice facility and the receptionists are good, but the care is abysmal. Other facilities in the state offer much better communication via mychart and have care providers who aren't visibly stressed out by both paperwork and their schedule. The nurses who are supposed to do the mychart communication must also be stressed out, because they respond slowly and do the absolute bare minimum. They also don't utilize their mychart functions properly. E.g., I had an appointment where the dr said to come back in a year. I got an automated text in 6 months that I was overdue. I called to talk to a human person just in case-explained both directions that I had received-and she scheduled me for a checkup. The dr was pissed enough to chew me out in that appointment. I didn't appreciate paying for something I didn't need AND getting yelled at by someone. I've been back since and the treatment has not improved. It's consistently poor communication and treatment here. I highly suggest UW Health if you want prompt, accurate communication and a decent face-to-face human experience. EDIT: I came here 2 times for the same throat problem and the doctor blew me off. Went to a different doctor and got diagnosed with a pretty significant infection in my larynx that had been there for months, so I'm actually not going to come back. Anywhere else is probably better."
"Do not go here, Their concern is paperwork not patients. They actually put patient health in jeopardy in the name of treatment. The have forgotten the physician's oath to first do no harm."
