"I’m dealing with a dental emergency. Three chipped and cracked teeth with extreme nerve pain and my top teeth have been pushed so far into my gums that I can no longer place my teeth back together (which means that I cannot chew solid food). I only have medicaid, which they take, but was denied service because I don’t live in Waukesha County."

"Receptionists are horribly rude and unprofessional , and get upset when you want the correct receipts….. acting like it’s such a inconvenience to get a full dental receipt with dates of service vs just a price of what I payed that day , I had to ask to speak to a manager just to get the correct receipt which is ridiculous and new management is unbelievable only wants to give a first name no last name most likely because they know they make hella mistakes and aren’t good management and with giving a last name it’s easier to report them it’s funny old management “Carey Spencer “ was welcoming nice and upfront gave full name and last the only good thing I can say is dentist Hernandez is good busy but good and open and honest about the dental work for the most part if it wasn’t for the lower price crowns $550 per crown compared to other dentist prices I would go to Destiny dental in Milwaukee or find another dental office. Lastly if you have orthodontic work steer clear off this office !!!!!, management states they can not see X-rays properly when braces are on which is false I've checked with my orthodontist who informed me that the management thro this office didn’t know what they were talking about because if a orthodontic patient with braces on couldn’t get fully checked for cavities with a X-ray then everyone’s teeth would be a mess Receptionists are going to run off potential dental patients and management needs to do better !!"

"I have visited this clinic twice now and I have to say each time I’ve never been more pleased with the service and treatment. The establishment looked cleaned and organized. Each dentist I saw was professional and gentle. They could improve on returning messages if someone tries to cancel, but I would definitely recommend going here. Everyone was also masked which I appreciated."

"Fantastic staff! My mouth is a literal train wreck, the Dr.s and Techs have been really great (and never judgy about the state of my teeth). They're good with numbing, making the shots as tolerable as possible and making sure enough numbing is in place before proceeding. I'm able to get an appointment at least once a week and frequently get a call to see if I want to come in earlier. A+++"
