With five cozy guest rooms, on-site trails to explore, and a beautiful tree-lined driveway, you will feel like you have escaped to a rustic Colorado retreat.

The Cottages at Trillium, located at 2 Craig Avenue in Madison, Wisconsin, offer convenience, design, and affordability in the ultimate package. Situated just off University Ave on the west side of Madison, our community is close to shopping, dining, work, and play. With easy access to Hilldale Shopping Center, West Towne Mall, and the Beltline Highway, our intimate community is the perfect place to call home. Operated under the Affordable Housing Program, The Cottages at Trillium cater to moderate-, middle-, or low-income households. Applicants must meet qualifying standards set by the government and the Managing Agent. We offer an initial 12-month lease term for our residents.
