"This place is amazing. Every single person I talked to was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They seemed to be working together like a well-oiled machine to deliver the best possible care. Everybody from the receptionists when you walk in, to the nurse, to the doctor, to the support resources, to the follow-up call was extremely courteous and friendly. Can't recommend them enough."

"I have mixed feelings about this place. They offer gender affirming care which is great but should also just be the norm in the U.S. Unfortunately it's not, so that's this clinic's essential 'claim to fame'. Everything else they lack pretty badly. When it comes to medication refills, customer service, and timely responses it gets pretty bad. You have to call multiple times just to get a refill when they should just be on file and ready to go. It was great until Dr. Clarkson left. That's when the issues started. So basically if you don't need gender affirming care, find somewhere else to go. Otherwise you're stuck here unless you want to go to Bellin in Green Bay."

"When I started my gender transition I came to Mosaic and was assigned a doctor who was a resident at the time. It took me all of two visits to switch my primary care to them and I’ve been under the best care I could have imagined for the past three years. Before this, I rarely visited a doctor until I was in my late 40’s because I’m primarily in great shape, but I simply had little trust in doctors. My doctor has since become full-fledged faculty here and I’m thrilled that I will be continuing to get high quality care from a physician who honestly and expressively cares about their patients. I’m not about to give out a name, there’s enough demand for their attention already!"

"The worst doctors office I have ever gone to. From the start if my visits here, the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor resident Hannah Tumilty has been my GCP for just under a year now. The coding was incorrect for a routine preventive procedure, that I knew was covered 100% by my insurance. After my visit, it was coded incorrectly and I was stuck with a $550 bill because it coded as an elective emergency procedure. I had spent over 10 hours on the phone between my insurance and Mosaic's billing department and they just kept notifying me they did nothing wrong and to contact the other... After wasting several days off with this matter, I reached out to Dr.Tumilty and she said apologized and ensured she will contact billing. I received no further information and several weeks later, the bill disappeared... Then I had called to schedule a med. check appointment and the front desk asked if I would be okay doing an e-visit. I said that I am open to that and then before scheduling it they wanted to verify that it was okay with my doctor. The front desk called be 3 months later to ask me to make an appointment, not having an answer as to if I could make an e-visit. I would not recommend Mosaic. They are very unorganized, unprofessional and incredibly rude."
