Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison, an IHG Hotel

"A great place to stay! I had originally booked a hotel across the street that advertised a free hotel shuttle. Well, that turned out to be false. I called this Holiday Inn and told them my situation. They worked on accommodating me and my wife by asking their shuttle driver to give us a ride even though we had a room booked with the other hotel! I was so impressed that I called and canceled my reservation with the other hotel and booked with this Holiday Inn. A fantastic experience altogether. An Uber would have cost us about 50 dollars for a 5 mile ride from the airport to the hotel. Thanks, Holiday Inn express for saving the day!"

"Stayed for a very quick night as my son was having surgery the following morning. Facility was clean and very quiet. The underground parking (first come first served) is fairly small but a welcome treat with freezing rain, and snow in the forecast overnight when we had to be at the nearby hospital at 515am. No time to enjoy the pool or workout facilities. Very friendly front desk at check in.. I would recommend for a reasonable stay."

"this is the nicest non-luxury hotel i have ever stayed in! the rooms are so nice and clean with huge windows and great ammenties. the gym is the best hotel gym i have ever seen (full weight rack included), everyone was super nice and the breakfast had great options. it was also so reasonably priced. don’t bother even looking at other hotels, stay here"

"FAVORITE HOTEL! I’ve been staying here on a weekly basis since April 2023 and I will forever be grateful for all staff. A special thanks and shout out to Alex, Chris, and Sam. I am always greeted by Alex with a cheerful attitude and he makes my check-in very smooth and quick! Thank you for helping with my shuttle schedule. Chris is also a rockstar. He always makes sure I am taken care of and his kind and genuine personality makes me feel so welcome. He is quick to provide any amenities requested and has personally delivered them to my room in the past. Sam is WONDERFUL! he goes above and beyond as well to accommodate any requests or questions I may have. The rooms are always big and clean. I love how there is a microwave and mini fridge each time and daily room service. I will continue to stay here because of the excellent staff and hospitality. "Just stayed for one night. Check in was smooth although I asked not to be put near the elevator and I was in the room right next to the elevator. For the one night I was there I just dealt with it. Beds were pretty hard for my preference but for those that like a hard mattress, they will enjoy. Breakfast was “eh” at best. 1 sausage link left, no gravy for the biscuits and gravy. No cream cheese for bagels, no pancake machine, no hot cocoa in the hot water station, no chocolate milk, orange juice was out, bacon looked undercooked…and we ate at 7:45 in the morning on a Wednesday. There were only two other people eating breakfast at the time. Not the best experience but the location was good, rooms were a good size."
