He found a few issues and called his supervisor Jonie. When Jonie came, she did a full analysis of our system to determine why the differential pressure was high. She provide a ton of technical expertise and made a few great recommendations. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was wrong and how to best extend the life of our furnace. Healthy Home is not pushy with sales or gimmicks at all. You can tell they hold their technicians to a high standard and ensure they do the job correctly, not just quickly and for the lowest cost to their bottom line.
