Phil even took the time to help my daughter understand her new vehicle, show her around some things to keep an eye out for and made her feel empowered vs uneducated. We are both grateful for their offerings and feel confident in honesty every time we bring in our vehicles!"

"My car wasn't starting so I had it towed to this place to have it worked on. They had been working on it on and off for five days or so, and they tell me that it's able to start, but it takes about 10 seconds for it to do so. Also, the RPM gauge wasn't functional, and then one of their mechanics told me that there was something wrong with the crank shaft and that in order to address that issue, I may need to get the whole engine replaced. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. They got to it and fixed within a few hours before they called me to let me know to come and pick it up. It drives awesome now, the RPM gauge works, and there is no stalling when I turn the ignition. To think I would've been talked into spending over a $1,000 in addition to everything else! It cost me $139 for the service from the other guys. Careful of these guys, you may be getting ripped off. That or they just don't know what they're doing. Either way, reconsider."

"My dad has enjoyed Greg for many years with him helping my dad find vehicles along the way and he is very knowledgeable about cars and trucks. The past few months I was looking for a new vehicle and I worked with Phil... He was so nice to me and knowledgeable as well! Even though they didn't have cars for sale he allowed me to bring in numerous vehicles and checked them out for me and made sure they were decent enough to buy. It meant so much to me that I was able to have someone I trusted look into cars for me. He checked out every one I brought there for free and was so honest about everything. The final car I brought there to be checked out and everything went well.....I ended up perchacing the vehicle and even though it wasn't sold by Howard Motors I was so appreciative of the time that was spent helping me in person and over the phone. I had a million questions every other day and Phil was so great at taking time out of his day to help me out. Also my dad has purchased a few cars here over the years and has never had any issues! "These guys are pretty amazing. We blew a tire right in front of their shop around 2 on Friday afternoon. They got us in, got 2 new tires ordered, and had us on our way home to Oshkosh pretty quick. Fair prices and exemplary service. I would recommend anyone to stop in and see these guys for work on their car."
