"Got some garden stakes that were marked on sale at the shelf. When I got to the register they rang up at full price. After showing an employee they simply said, "oh that's for a different one" and pulled the the sign. When I got back up to the register I fully expected them to honor the price since it was clearly their mistake and only $10 difference but nope. Any other retailer would have just taken care of the customer. Poor customer service."

"Service needs to be improved!!! Customer service is not customer service. I paid for 5 small things. And had to ask for a bag. The prices are high. Usually wait until I go to a bigger town. 15 minute drive. I don't think it's fair to say, that I should buy local. Give them my hard earned money!! And I have to figure out how to get to my next paycheck!!"
"They were very helpful in finding what I needed. They are a small family run hardware store but they do have a great variety of things. I really like it because I can bring something small in and tell them this is what I need and they can find it for me right away unlike a place like Menards where I have to walk a mile across the store to find one thing that I need or to be sent in one direction and still can't find what I need. You can also rent tools and others small equipment here. They also have flowers and plants. They carry different types of soil and fertilizers."
