"It took two months for someone to come out to look at my place to provide a quote. The secretary Jennie is horrible at keeping track of emails and did not respond for weeks at a time. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice. I reached out two weeks after he stopped by...nothing. Then again via email the next week....nothing. Finally called and left a message. It has been two weeks and still nothing. They may have a lot of work now, but eventually it will slow down and their lack of responsiveness will not serve them well. The irony is that they left a magnet on my mailbox as if to say they were looking for work. Guess not."
