Lee showed up at 9:45am just when Megan said and was so nice and so professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what occurred. "This was the second time we have had Comfort By Design come service our house. We will never be calling anyone else. Both instances they were able to get us in same day we called. Today was more of a routine call, more so just educating us how to use the system(recently moved into this house), the water pressure was low. Noah was great at explaining what to do to resolve the issue so we can do it ourselves in the future. The previous instance the technician really went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get hot water again that night. Made several trips back to their shop to get a temporary patch in place while waiting for a part to come in."
