Every one of WICK’s fine craftsmen who came into my home, starting with Mike Wickert and then continuing with his fine, skilled, experienced, expert team, went about first carefully removing my old flooring and replacing it with bundles of hand chosen red oak. "Fantastic experience from start to finish. The front office is courteous and answered all my questions. It took me 2.5 years to pull the trigger on this project, and they were not pushy at all. All the guys that worked on the refinishing project were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to accommodate some out-of-scope finishing touches while they were here. My 65 year old oak floor looks like it is brand new. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for this type of service."

"The folks who did the work did a great job but the communication from the office left a lot to be desired. We could not pick the color until the day the work was going to start. We were asked to chose between water popped and non water popped. Then once they began water popping we were only then informed that we had just committed to 1000 more of work for the water popping. We were never informed when the workers finished during the day so we had no idea when we could walk in the floors. Workers showed up on a Monday and wondered why an area of the house was not ready when we had been emailed that they would arrive on Tuesday. When we stated we wanted all the shoe molding to match and emailed to ask why they had not pulled off the downstairs shoe molding so it could be painted to matched to the upstairs, there was ZERO response. Now we have unmatched shoe molding. They also did not finish the molding on our stairs and declared the job done, expecting full satisfaction of the bill without any clear indication as to when the job might be done. Mind you we waited for two and a half months for this job to be done, perhaps some forethought of ordering needed supplies ahead of time? Due to the poor customer service I can not recommend them to do your floors."
