I am thankful to have such fantastic and responsive office staff members who consistently go above and BEYOND for their tenants :) I'm happy to report that maintenance requests are always resolved promptly... most of the time I hear a reply from management just minutes after submitting a request....incredible! "It has been a pleasant experience living at Tamarack Springs Apartments. The atmosphere is so quiet and tranquil. It is nice to come home to a Nice and quiet place. It is very relaxing. "The townhome is very overpriced for what is being offered. Far, very far, from luxury. The townhome has poor finishes, low-quality appliances, a miniature garage, cheap carpet throughout, a tiny kitchen with no extractor, minimal storage, and no permanent lighting in rooms (switch/outlet). I did like the recessed windows in the master bedroom. Terraces/balconies face the next building directly, expect no privacy. The location in Menomonee Falls is quite nice (safe, fairly quiet). The apartment complex grounds are ok. Patches of green here and there to walk your dog. I did find the $250 one-time amenity fee to be steep and unnecessary considering the clubhouse, pool, and gym are very basic, to say the least. IMPORTANT: After reading the contract, I did find the early termination clause to be avaricious, exorbitant, and borderline illegal. Wimmer Communities will charge 2 months' rent immediately upon termination and another 2 more months of rent if they can't find a tenant. Imagine that."
"From the beginning of touring and signing our lease to moving in, Bella and the Tamarack Springs staff have made it a smooth and positive experience for us! Travis is always ready to repair and help with condo maintenance issues in a timely manner. Neighbors are pleasant and respectful. Overall, we are thrilled to be part of this growing community and love our new dwellings!"
