"Stopped in to get a replacement globe for a lantern. Was helped by a lady with the personality of a coffee table. She showed me the selection, and I said I would be back because I needed to get the extract number off the lantern. As I was telling her this and saying I would be back her cell phone rang and she seem too interested in picking up the phone than finishing helping me. Got the info off the lantern I needed and went to the bait shop / sporting good store pretty much a block down fry in there. They had what I needed for half the price of the Hank's hardware price and were very pleasant to deal with. I will also be reviewing them and giving them a good review. Won't be back to this place, they seem to think they're the only game in town and don't care about the customer."
"Stopped by to pick up some painting supplies and have a can of paint shaken. Was told they would not shake my can of paint because I bought it elsewhere, and they don't do opened cans. The problem is I was willing to pay for them to do it. They have done it before when the older gentleman was working. The younger couple always seemed to have an attitude. Also every can of paint has been opened before shaking, either to add tint or check for color. Nice try grumpy. So I went to Nelson's in Eagle River they shook my paint with a smile. Spent another $70.00 on the other supplies. Their attitude here is why I usually go elsewhere."
