"I was recently looking at buying a car at this location. I was hooked up with the general manager, Larry, to negotiate price. Not only did he not negotiate the price, he was rude and sarcastic over the phone. He insisted that I tell him what I was comfortable paying monthly for the car, and wouldn't negotiate the MSRP of the vehicle until I did. He then resorted to laughing at me and barely allowed me to speak. A true shame, because he cost his salesperson, Matt, a sale on a car. Matt was incredibly great to work with and I genuinely believed he was trying to get be the best deal."
