“I am very happy with my new bright yellow MelonYelo E-Bike! It was great that Rebecca brought the bicycle to the cycle way for me to try it, and that she showed me all the different models she has. After I bought it she even changed the handle bar to a flat one as it was more comfortable for me and brought the bike directly to my door. She explained me everything in detail as I haven't cycle in over 20 years. After I got my bike, I noticed that the mechanical disc brakes were having a squeaking noise, but still working fine, she upgraded you to hydraulic brakes free of charge under warranty. It has been a great experience and the after sales support that I received from Rebecca has been outstanding. It has been a way more personal service than what I got from big bicycle stores before.”

“Super friendly staff. Great bikes. We rented the e-mountain bikes. Feels like cycling still but with +100 to fitness. Suspension was great for the tracks. Battery was still at >50% after just under 4 hours and we had pedal assist on high the entire time. Bikes were still like. Highly recommend if you are considering. We went on a day forcast for horrible weather and it was just windy. (Pretty hardcore wind though)”

Although writing about car yards is not something I typically do, this time I am pleased to highlight the exceptional service we received after purchasing our car in late 2022. As we all know, cars can sometimes develop issues, and we often come across horror stories of car sales yards avoiding responsibility.
