After a few prompt and friendly emails with Debbie, my husband took the necklace in to be repaired and they did it for him on the spot, and it cost us less than $5 - he spent more on the beautiful fudge than he did on the necklace repair! I am so happy with the level of customer service we received, both via email and in the store. They also carry a few leading Nz design labels. Fantastic customer service , awesome ladies. If what you like dose not quite fit they will direct you to a local tailor just down from the store. Accessories are also sold , usual earrings alongside boots and shoes.”
