"Baristas are not friendly or willing to work, I waited over 20 minutes patiently while the barista chatted it up with someone which wasn't a problem until she decided to close the window and ignored me till I left. She had plenty of time to take my order prep it and potentially someone else but she decided to have a conversation until closing time so that she wouldn't have to help me or anyone else after, which come off rude disrespectful and shows a lack of work ethic in the crew or team. It just unfortunately sucks that such a good chain is only as strong as their weakest link."
