"I brought my Pfaff in for service on a Saturday for servicing. The staff were friendly and very upfront about what they would charge for maintenance and when/how they would communicate. They promised to be ready for pickup the next Wednesday but had it ready two days early. They found the problem (broken pin in tension assembly) and hooked me up with a replacement part. Awesome attention to detail - I love that they included a “test piece” to demonstrate that the machine has been checked out and is working. Highly recommended!"

"I brought my machine here to get fixed and unfortunately was unable to get it working again (but they did everything they could to try to fix it), but I was able to get a new industrial strength sewing machine that could do leather (which is exactly what I needed). I was able to get a sewing lesson on how to use my new machine from Sam :) This place is awesome and the employees and owner are very knowelable and friendly.
