When I asked why no one called to let me know it was ready, the response was "whoever processed this order didn't complete it. They left it as will call." "Ferguson charges 3 to 4 times as much for copper as Home Depot. Better compare what is on the ticket with what they put in the bag, too. They are basically highway robbers."
