Phase 1 of the project, which included importing sand and rock materials to the north beach, has been completed. Phase 2 will focus on further improving the beach and shoreline, with plans to increase beach elevation, plant native vegetation, and rebuild the rock revetment wall in front of the lighthouse in 2024.
