Led by the renowned northwest grappling legend Cindy “Sleeper” Hales, our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality instruction. Cindy is a 4th degree Black Belt, 3-time IBJJF Master World Champion, 2-time IBJJF Pan American Champion, and a pioneer of Women’s BJJ and MMA. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Cindy's passion and expertise shine through in her ability to teach technical skills to students of all backgrounds and levels.
