"It's just ok. Clean, but a little dated. The front staff on check-in was great and so was the checkout staff. The breakfast had cereal, eggs, waffles and Jimmy John microwavable breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was drinkable, but not that good."
"Good cute retro look of early to late 70s but nice place for the monies spent. Included are free breakfast, free wifi, free hot coffee always on, free gym room, no hand sanitizer anywhere, only one laundry machine and dryer with no available soap even for purchase (feel they missed the mark here to make even more money they should sell soap and softener and have another washer dryer) the hallways were freezing and the front reception desk area was farely cold. Just when you walk in from the cold you want it to feel warm and inviting. The clerk was extra courteous."
"I recommend this hotel to the budget conscious traveler looking for a good night sleep. Yasir did a fantastic job resolving an issue I had with ease and competence. I am so very grateful. My room was clean, with TV, Mini fridge, microwave, iron and hairdryer. It had everything I needed."
"I found a cockroach in my new room number 301 when I downsized from two queen bed to one king size. I called front desk and a white male named AJ answered. I informed him of my concerns with the issue at hand. He told me there was nothing that he could do. He also said that I have to stay in that room until his manager gets in. I informed him that he needs to switch me rooms and after arguing back and forth, he finally switch me to a different room. The different room had dirty sheets and food grime stains on the appliances. Oh and to make matters worse, I have been staying there over 3 weeks for a contract job, and he still treated me like I was less than a person who did not deserve customer service. I just want my refund so I can find a hotel that will treat a black guest like a guest. 01/16/2024 To Whom this may Concern, it is sad that you claim a guest who found a cockroach in their room having "high expectations." As well as not sincerely making an apology for the discomfort and obvious infestation. I can tell that your staff and you have no integrity or interest in doing the right thing. So I hope the health department will weigh in."
