Castaway's Seafood Grille
β OpenCastaway's Seafood Grille is a historic institution located at 207 Pacific Avenue in Long Beach, Washington. Originally built as the 'Pacific Hotel' at the turn of the century, the building has a rich history as a stop for the Clamshell Railroad route and a popular tavern. In the 1950s, the building was split into two businesses, with one side becoming a souvenir shop and the other side being run by the infamous Mary Lou. In the 80s, the business was purchased by Phil Norman and later renovated in 2001. In 2006, it was transformed into Castaway's Seafood Grille by Chris Summerer and Russell Maize, with a full renovation in 2022. The vision and design of the restaurant were created by Weston Roberts and Lindsea Dragomir, with construction by Jordan Martell.
