"5 stars for Dr Steve Roach and his team at South Sound Physical and Hand Therapy in Olympia. I followed Dr Steve Roach from his previous location in Lacey. He is exceptional and has taken excellent care of me through my knee replacement and chronic spine conditions. His team is also cheerful, professional, and very knowledgeable and helpful about medical insurance claims, very caring and work hard to make sure our appointment needs are met. And what about Dr. Steve Roach? Just degrees from USC and Columbia. I am so thankful he returned home to take care of this community! Over the past 30 or so years, I've worked with more than a dozen PTs because of my surgeries and spine, and Steve is absolutely the best. I'm not exaggerating. Sure, he is an exceptional physical therapist, amazingly observant and insightful about the smallest clues, has a special knack for pinpointing just the right stretch or exercise to address the issue, but he also does all of this with good humor, even temper, unflappable concern, and patience. He listens carefully, asks the right questions, works out a plan. That sounds like what you should expect from any PT, but trust me, this is next level. I'd be impressed and glad to find a PT of Steve's caliber in Seattle. I am grateful to find him here, in Olympia, and have recommended him for family and friends."
