"Right after Thanksgiving I went in bought three finger nail polish I pay with cash for all 3 then they open charge card and put it on this card .that wrong to do then pay it by money on the first of Feb of this year and again on March 1 both time it got lost in the mail that is not my fault.i should have never got a bill eather time u cut the card up I will never go in thar crooked store again"

"Went there today to return some products that were sold to me at a different location and Marissa helped me out above and beyond. She answered every single question I had, was patient through the whole process of helping me find all the right products for my skin tone/type, and really was knowledgeable about the products. Every time I come here it's a good experience, but today Marissa really made my whole experience pleasant and comfortable enough to ask questions I don't normally ask. They traded my products for new ones and I made other purchases that I am extremely pleased with. Definitely would recommend."

"I’m a 29 year old woman, have never worn makeup correctly, I even use concealer as my full face of makeup. I visited this store wanting to spruce myself up and expand my knowledge, and in comes Christina. I have little to no knowledge of what I need, and she helped me for OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. She is by far the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in retail. She not only helped me figure out what I needed for the look I wanted to achieve but she also helped me pick the shade, economic version AND she offered to write down a routine and summary of what we had discussed so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed when I came home with my purchases. I seriously am shocked because I’ve never had someone I just met be so helpful without being pushy and still go above and beyond to help me understand how to use the product. I’m very thankful that Christina was there to help me start my makeup journey and start to love the way I look."

"Not very inviting, the employees kinda just ignored me, and I had to find everything on my own. I spent way to much, but that's just because I bough makup and that sh*ts expensive. Other then that the store was in good shape a side from this one shelf of expired products."
