"Absolutely terrible. It looks great from the outside. But the management doesn’t care about the tenants. We had a homeless man living in a storage closest next to us that was leaving poop and trash everywhere outside of an occupied apt. They done nothing. My wife was attacked by a mother homeless man and they done nothing. They claim they have security at night but they are never seen. I’m in the military and pcsed, movers damaged something and then they send me to collections and claim I am responsible. If I could give negative stats I would. Also pool is never open. Gym hours aren’t accurate."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. (Lived here April 2023 to October 2023) My husband and I had to break our lease due to multiple issues the 6 months we lived here. 1. Children living next door and across the street were always out in the street, like when you tried to drive through or get to your parking spot. They played football/ball outside and they would just bounce off peoples cars. They came up to our doorbell camera and started showing random people to our door. They left trash everywhere!! 2. Raccoons are everywhere. Due to the trash from the kids, they would raid through it at night and it would be literally right outside our doors and windows. They were even outside our door when we left early in the morning with our child. 3. Break-ins are a very expectant thing in this neighborhood. Management said it’s our fault and that we shouldn’t have things that are valuable in the car. They broke into my husbands car early one Saturday morning and the only thing in there was a phone charger. When I called to inform them they said “oh another car got broken into as well” and made sure I understand “property and renters insurance doesn’t cover it.” When we were cleaning it up off the parking space, we had multiple people come by and say their car was just broken into as well, or last week or just recently etc. there was like 5 break ins that day. 4. Apparently there is a security company that comes through but we were given no other information other then to trust them that they come through. Then corporate was flabbergasted and said, did they at least give you a business card so you could call them with any problems? No, the people at the office didn’t because they didn’t want us to know who the security company was. 5. Homeless people are everywhere as well as the property is near the 1 mile Seeley lake trail that is also public use. Can’t tell you how many times a homeless person was right outside our apartment or we would pass multiple encampments the few times we would go on a family walk. 6. Corporate apparently had no idea any of those problems. One day a corporate gal was in the office and we were explaining our problems and she didn’t know about them. So that tells me that it didn’t go above the property manger even if it was a huge problem. 7. When we brought up these things to one of the workers there she literally said “I am feeling personally attacked” when we were just trying to express our concerns and get a plan on how they were dealing with the children (we were not the first ones to complain about them) or the raccoons. I hated every minute living there and very happy to be out. I would advise anyone who needs a new place to rent to look elsewhere. They need to set some higher standards for their staff as well as retrain their employees."

"Review My family and I have lived here since June 2022 and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean and is usually pretty quiet."

"I moved in June 2023 and I’ve experienced some good moment with the staff and community but I also experienced some bad. More bad than good. My first day moving in the apartment I picked wasn’t even cleaned out. They said they highered someone’s to clean it and that was a lie. Furthermore the crime rate of cars getting broken into is extremely high in the 5 months I’ve lived here I’ve woken up and seen over 15 car have there wind broke and the rims stollen off the car. My soldier lived in the same apartment complex and had his rim stolen off high 2019 Toyota Camry TRD. Besides the crime rate the maintenance and PEST infestation is crazy for 1 whole month there was a wasp nest living outside my door and I reported it multiple times and I even got stung on my way to work at 5:30 am. Not even a month later I had a roach infestation and it’s crazy because I’m an extremely clean person who cleaned his place 3 times a week."

"Im giving this place ZERO STARS, do not live here ! I repeat do not live here... There is constant crime, things being stolen off your patio, dirty parking lots, overfilled trash, cars are being broken into EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I have had two bikes stolen along with my window being busted out. People drinking on my patio beer cans left on my patio along with cigarette buds. Every day someone new has a trash bag over their car window. I have been absolutely miserable living here and fear for my safety everyday. The apartment itself is not worth the 2000+ dollars I pay every month, there is mold, broken mirrors and cracks within my ceiling. The management does not care about any individuals here, the only good experience ive had is the maintenance crew and one individual in particular zoey... The main leasing office IS TERRIBLE AND A ABSOLUTE JOKE ... This should not be considered a apartment complex. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR YOUR SAFTEY OR WELLBEING... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! EDIT : All you guys do is talk and no action. I’ve done my part by calling and emailing. Maybe you should answer the phone or email back"
