"I bought a mattress here after having the same old worn out mattress for 8-10 years. It’s been maybe 6 months and this mattress is wonderful, no squeaking, no lumps. The waterproof mattress cover we bought works wonderfully as well. All for a good price! The owner delivered the mattress to us the same day and everyone provided wonderful customer service. "Buying our couch was such an amazing experience at Box Drop! The sales representative (Stephen) was super kind & patient (especially with my 3 kiddos and all their antics). He was very helpful and attentive, but not in an overbearing way. And when I needed to confer over the phone with my husband he gave us plenty of time to talk over everything. And the owner (Denise) was super polite and helpful as we went through the purchasing the couch. I originally checked out their website because of their advertised low prices, but it was all the 5 star ratings and the appearance of the warehouse that encouraged me to make the appointment to look at their selection of furniture. We found a sectional that is exactly what we were looking for and we’re about to have it delivered the next day.
