"Huddle came to pick up a couch set from my house today. He was awesome! He was respectful of not tracking in mud, he was very quick about hauling it out to the truck and carefully removed the couches without bumping into walls. He was working all by himself today but moved the heavy couches out without any problems. Super nice guy too!"

"So I came in and didn't have alot to put down an the sales rep was very helpful with what I needed verses what I wanted.. not only did Courtney get me set up she also made sure payments came on my paydays the day I picked. The store was clean the furniture was clean.. so then come the delivery, the guys were super friendly there were two so it was done super fast. These guys went above an beyond an even set up the bed an TV stand for me. They acted like it was nothing to help me an was done fast even cleaned up the boxes the items came with. Very professional an smooth. This is my first apartment an Courtney made sure that my payments were reachable too. Thank you guys for making this a smooth transition for me. I will be telling everyone to come see you .."

"UPDATE: I still have not been able to get anyone here to pick up the half of the couch. I can’t seem to get the new couch delivered until after the other half has been picked up. I’ve been waiting for two weeks to get this couch taken out of my house and nobody can figure out why. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude manager (Courtney I believe is her name) had a defective couch for about two weeks, nobody ever got in contact with me about replacing the couch. When I called back about my issue I tried to talk to the manager and she referred me to customer service which wasn’t helpful at all. Moving boys seemed like they were on drugs. Very out of it. Fitting for the area but I expected more from Aaron’s: I’ll most likely be taking my business to rent a center if this is how they treat their customers."
