Tom Bennett: Allstate Insurance

"I’ve been an allstate customer for 2 years now and it’s been pleasant until now. I made my last payment in October and made it known I’d be leaving and told them not to take November’s payment. I was told as long as I had coverage elsewhere, I’d get a refund for the November payment they shouldn’t have taken. I made switch and called in to let them know I now had coverage elsewhere. Instead of getting my full refund of $284 I received $26 and was told that’s the rest of the coverage that wasn’t used. Of course I was told one thing then this happened. The mistake of doing business with a sub par company and the specific employees that made this mistake won’t happen again."

"On 24 August 2023, I had an appointment with Patrick L. Watson, to review my policy. when we got to the office we met Mr. Watson, He had just transferred to the Spanaway and was still getting set up and was having I.T. problems. we talked about what he could see in my policy and what I was looking to do. He told me that as soon as he could get into the computer system, he would look at my options and work something up then give me a call back to set up another appointment to go over things. He said it should be later that day or the next at the latest. Approximately July 28 2023. I called the office, the receptionist said he was out of the office on a family emergency and she would send him a message to call me back as soon as he got back in the office, this never happened. On 8 August 2023 @ approximately 3:00 I again called the office and the receptionist said he was on the phone and would have him call me back as soon as he got off the phone @ 16:45 I had not heard back so I again called the office and asked to speak to Tom Bennett who has the License They said he was in Arizona but would try and send him a message. I informed the person that I would be filing a complaint with Allstate and the Insurance commission."

"They kept failing to mail my miles tracker for over 5 months, yet they kept billing for milage on a vehicle that has been sitting. I finally had a enough and asked them to remove this spare vehicle and stop charging me. Months later, Patricia is no longer with them. Now they said that they can't find the phone conversations I had in which I asked them twice to remove that vehicle!"
