"I wish I could give 0 stars. We called last week and made an appointment only to show up and have 2 other people sitting outside with the same appointment. We all sat outside in our cars not one person coming outside to acknowledge us except to ask us to move our cars. We sat there for an hour before we called to ask how much longer we’d have to be just sitting here only for him to give us attitude. Get it together. Edit: You did not tell us that, you also didn’t tell the other woman that was sitting out there with us just as confused. You had told us to bring the car in and you would look it over and tell us what needed to be done and then we would leave the car with you. You didn’t even have the decency to talk to us or the woman anything besides to move my car. I don’t even leave reviews but I’m leaving one here because I’m just so disgusted with how everything was handled."
