With Taylor at the helm, any concerns were promptly addressed, making us feel truly valued as residents Moreover, Arthur and Jason, the maintenance team, were absolute gems. Their expertise in keeping the premises in top-notch condition was matched only by their kindness and friendliness. Whenever we needed assistance, they were there with a smile, ready to help in any way they could. Overall, our time in this apartment was nothing short of fantastic. With a supportive management team, exceptional maintenance staff, and unparalleled views, it truly felt like home. We'll cherish the memories made here and highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to live."

"I wasn't sure how I was going to adjust to apartment life after years of living in a house but I actually really like it. The apartment seems much bigger once I got my stuff moved inside. I really like the kitchen and the master bathroom is really big. I love how it's almost like you are inside when you get off the elevator and it's so quiet here. I never see my neighbors. Taylor is really nice and she deals with any situation immediately and makes sure things are really kept up. I recommend this apartment complex."

"NEGATIVE STAR If your MILITARY be careful they lied for the money ! Wasted $90 in application fees , we asked multiple questions and the response was thats should be fine or yes that’s sounds perfect. The application wasn’t fitted for military, we had just pcs out here and desperately needed to find a place and the so called manager walked us through the application. We told the manger EVERYTHING hey our stuff such as pay isn’t updated would that be a problem since the application requirements shows you have to make 2x the rent ,and the response oh no that shouldn’t be a problem. Less than 24hr the application declined for that exact reason. No one reached out nor answered the phone when we called. That money could’ve went towards a extra night in hotel."

The initial appeal was the effective communication from the property manager, the presence of an elevator, pet-friendly policies, and on-site storage. However, what made us stay until our eventual relocation from Washington was the consistent quality of all these factors, coupled with the meticulous attention to detail from the property manager, Taylor. Every apartment complex has its challenges, whether it's noise or facility-related issues. However, having a dedicated individual who prioritizes the comfort and wellbeing of the residents truly makes a significant difference. "I lived at Crossroads on Crosby for about a year and a half before recently moving out. Overall, it was a good experience. The property manager, Taylor Cook, was always professional and personable in our interactions. Taylor enforced the complex rules fairly to keep things running smoothly for everyone. I appreciated having a manager who was understanding yet firm when needed. The grounds were well-maintained and clean during my time there. Quiet hours were enforced effectively so noise wasn't an issue. I never experienced any sound proofing issues as other reviewers had. There was also good security presence on the property. The maintenance supervisor, Jason, provided exceptional service. He was prompt, efficient, and always happy to help with any maintenance requests. His friendly attitude was a plus. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area."
