"Lived here for a year. Management was extremely responsive and professional. The apartments are clean, bright and well built and maintained by a friendly, fast working maintenance staff. Very reasonable terms and rent rate. Friends of mine living in new construction apartments pay the same rate or more for less space and terrible management. Great location with beautiful views from the top of Tumwater Hill. My only complaint is that the hot tub was often down for maintenance without notice or explanation so we didn't get to use it as often as we would have liked."

"It’s completely quiet great rent prices, and the office staff are extremely nice and professional, I love living here, Their maintainance it’s by far the best I’ve seen and the dumpster rarely are full cause they are always on top of it, When placing a work order they are super quick to get back to you and get it fixed Pool is nice, well kept all summer"

"current resident here and i actually lived here two years ago and came back because i thought i had a decent experience living here until i chose to return. i’m on my 3rd month here and i have seen too many mice to keep count outside. one got into my car so we complained to management and we were told “i can guarantee they’re not inside. we have traps all year round so there’s nothing else we’re going to do” about a week following this poorly handled complaint maintenance had been working on the unit above us for about two weeks and our kitchen flooded through the ceiling. obviously this is an emergency. maintenance people were rude and acted like the whole situation was funny. leasing office staff was “out to lunch” with a sign on the door that read “back at 1:30” although when we got there it was 2:00. didn’t get a response until 2:15 about 45 minutes after we noticed the 2 inches of water on the floor. maintenance told us “there is nothing we can do. just wait until the water stops.” the office staff said over the radio audible to us “i guess just tell them sorry about that” i asked what their plans were for the mold that is going to grow inside my ceiling and he said “oh there won’t be any mold” as if i was born today. they left me a voicemail responding “sorry for the misunderstanding one of the maintenance guys was fixing the plumbing in the kitchen sink above you and forgot to connect one of the pipes and he let it run for just a second before realizing” if the sink had only been on for a second 3 inches of water wouldn’t have come through my ceiling. my unit is ruined and unlivable now because they refuse to do their job. stay away from this place. just another slumlords playground. i wish i never moved here."

"My daughter lives there and really likes it. She feels safe and is comfortable living there. She's a single Mom and feeling safe where you live is a priority for her having a 3year old."
