"As others have said, there is a high chance your prescription will be delayed, lost or just not filled at all. I placed a refill through their app for same-day delivery and that was 5 days ago. Today, I was on my way to just pick it up myself only to be told that FedEx had it out for delivery already after initially telling me it had been delivered the day prior. Needless to say, it’s late now and I never got my script. I’ll be switching all my scripts to another place more competent."

"Had an appointment for a vaccination, not a particularly busy day, yet here I wait 50 minutes later and still no vaccination. The pharmacy is well staffed and I can’t figure out why this staff doesn’t value my time. Won’t be coming back to this poorly performing pharmacy anytime soon. So disappointed."

"We needed a prescription filled that they did not have in stock. The person at the pharmacy informed me that we could call around and have the prescription transferred. When we found a place that had it they said that this pharmacy was extremely fast in transferring it over a matter of minutes when they typically say it takes hours."

"First of all, the staff are great. They are working hard and trying to do so much being understaffed. I get it. I’ve tried to be patient. However, I’ve repeatedly tried calling and you have to wait for upwards of 20-30 min to talk to someone (I live 15-17 min away). Multiple times we’ve gone in and a prescription isn’t ready when it should be or they are out of stock. What was the final straw for me is them changing their hours and closing at 6pm. Ridiculous! That is poor customer service. If you work til 5pm and don’t get home until 6pm, you can’t get your prescription during the week. Since when does a pharmacy have a 9-6pm schedule? Called Safeway and are open 9am-9pm. They also answered the phone in under a minute. Needless to say, it was an easy decision to have my prescriptions transferred. You guys need to do better! Again, the staff is trying hard but this is a management issue that needs to be resolved!"

"Slow and subpar customer service at best with one person assisting everyone in line. Waited over 40 min to check in today. This has been the same subpar service I experienced since last three months and see lot of staff changes."
