"I've lived here for about six months now. I moved in shortly after they opened back in October of 2018. Compared to the other complexes around, this one is definitely more upscale. I looked at two other apartments before moving in here. I settled on a three bedroom with no balcony. The living area and kitchen have a nice, open layout, and the apartment has plenty of storage. The cabinets and flooring are nice. Having hard surfaces definitely makes it easy to clean. I haven't had any in-unit problems yet, and the few small issues I've had with other tenants were quickly resolved. It's nice to have a staff that actually responds to complaints and makes an effort to fix them. The cabana area is pretty cool too. We reserved it for a small party after we moved in. You can easily host like 20-ish people down there. I saw another review that mentioned train noise. Yes, you do hear the horns when they pass through town, but thankfully you're far enough away to not hear the rumble. Pretty sure that if you're living anywhere in Burlington though, you'll hear the train horns. Favorite part about this apartment is easy access to I-5. Less than 2 minutes to get on the freeway, but far enough away that you don't catch any of the noise. For the cost of the living in this area, these apartments are an incredible value."

"Living here at Cascade Village has been nothing but a great experience. All the staff here are very friendly, available and flexible to work with whom ever and give nothing but honest, genuine dedicated services. With all the complexes being brand new the price is responsible and fair for what you receive in the end. Available rooms and fairs range from 1-3 rooms and are all done up fantastically. I have had nothing but a great experience living here and being taken care of and treated with the upmost respect and care. I highly recommend this place to anyone new to the area, especially those looking for brand new complexes and new high quality products to live with. I’m proud to call this place my home."
