"These apartments are the worst. First of all they are infested with bugs and they don't do anything to fix this. They don't fix anything before a tenant moves in. They charge you if things that were broken before you moved in and they charge you of things that weren't there and things that are regular wear and tear. I will never rent with them again. I don't even think those apartments should be under low income. I pay way more here than I did at my old apartments. I think the apartments aren't even safe for kids. Housing should do something about it."
"They say its low income but I pay $677 for a one bedroom appartment. The area is nice but at least once a month there is an inspection. Most of the laundry room is broken down and is only open from 8 to 8 they do not give us a key for the laundry room so for some one like me that works nights its really anoying to have to run to the laundry mat to wash my cloths."
