"Disappointing i've been going to this tire shop for years with great service and help. Well that was the past. Came in with a wobbly tire out of balance for 3 weeks straight. I was told that they went through my drive. Train ect, to figure out the problem . Not one time did they take off the tire to see if there was something wrong. Had to go to a different tire shop. They figured it out in 5 minutes by taking off the tire. Just a general lack of effort Is my complaint."

Everyone has a positive attitude and treat customers with respect, kindness, and a great sense of humor. The pricing for work is fair and the amount of time to wait is reasonable. We plan on bringing back one of our cars to get new tires next year as well. We highly recommend Richey's for any auto work you might need!"

They knew I needed it for work and went above and beyond and had it fixed by Sunday morning. Great customer service. I am very thankful for their service! "I went there on a Friday evening @ 4:45pm ( they closed at 5 pm) after leaving Les Schwab and having been there for almost 2 hrs. The guys at Richey's went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me in and out within 15 min. New tires installed with PHENOMENAL customer service!!!!!!! I went then 25 yrs ago; my dad had always recommended them. Highly, highly impressed with my experience!!!! I definitely will refer them in the future! They're kindness and expertise went a long way."
