"I MUST say. I've been dealing with RAC for atleast 4 years. The customer service there was good, the prices were competitive, but the selection was very limited. They don't offer living room sets w/rugs, and only a $10 charge to add on to the sofa/loveseat per item. I have NEVER had as good an experience with rent to own as I did today with this Aaron's. The salesperson I dealt with (sorry... I think his name was Thomas) was absolutely fantastic. We corresponded over phone and simultaneous text pics. I was able to secure an living room set... the whole set.... without paying anything today! I set up auto pay and am getting the furniture in 2 days, and have my 1st payment set for my next pay period. All if the paperwork was online and with the website, I was able to verify the rental agreement and payment schedule. In the time it wouldve taken to go ALL the way out to Everett, and RAC milking me for so long... I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this entire experience and am happy to switch my needs to the better competitor."
"The service at this store is horrible. The main lady that is working in the front has ZERO customer service skills. The furniture that was on the floors as a display were all very dirty and some of them smelled. Some had very noticeable stains or a bunk bed that has a bunk bed that has a good chunk broken off that is dangerous for kids( that shouldnt be on the floor at all) that looked horrible and are way too expensive to be sold as is! They also keep furniture that they dont have in stock on the floor and to me that's wrong as hell. The lady was like I don't have the love seat but has the couch and said in a very rude tone that we needed to find something else!"
"The customer service here has gone totally downhill. Lucy is terrible! We need something picked up and she first was trying to put it out two weeks, we told her no and said what day we need it picked up. Then she comes back on the phone to tell us “ok we can pick up tomorrow, Saturday the 16th.” Upon asking her to wait so we can know what time, she proceeds to hang up. I wasn’t a fan of her customer service either when we first got the item. Bad customer service."
