"I was referred to Lindsey while pregnant with my first daughter (2020) when I was seeking natural means to turn my breech baby. I scheduled a hypnosis session with Lindsey and immediately felt a connection with her. Lindsey also helped me work through issues with my strained relationship with my mother in with the breech-focused hypnosis, which was immensely valuable to me as I prepared for my baby's birth. While my baby ended up not turning Cephalic, I benefitted from the care Lindsey provided me in ways that I could not have anticipated. While pregnant with my second daughter (early 2022), I was facing some intimidating and unwanted complications and potential outcomes from having placenta previa. I knew immediately that I needed to schedule a session with Lindsey to see if she could assist me. During my hypnosis therapy session, Lindsey provided my subconscious encouragement to move my placenta (if desired, Lindsey provides recordings of her hypnosis sessions to be used by the client anytime- furthering the work conducted in-session). I listened to this hypnosis recording almost daily, and a few weeks later when my sonogram showed my placenta had moved out of the risk zone, I was thrilled but not surprised! Most recently, I was experiencing some troublesome postpartum anxiety and sought Lindsey's care again. Lindsey cared for me again in this very vulnerable season and I was freed from the weight of my anxiety symptoms. She truly made me feel seen and loved, and I am so very grateful. Pregnancy and birth are such intimate, personal experiences, and I am so glad Lindsey was part of my birth team.
