"About location and tech service was good but administrative was deficient , they do not give the complete information about payments, I used my ML insurance and at the check time, they said that the policy with MetLife had change and I had to pay all. They are inside my network. Really bad. They have to inform at the appointment book."
"My rating is based on the time lost and the trouble that I’m going through. This is my experience. You may have a better one, but I need to share it for future reference. I went five times in less than a month. On my second visit, they worked on two teeth on the right side. After I got home, I felt horrible pain when chewing on that side. I waited a couple of days to see if the pain would go away, but it didn't. I went back that same week to look for a solution, and the dentist checked my bite and reduced the filling on tooth number 3. After that time, I started to have sensitivity in that tooth, and it got worse over time. I called to make another appointment, and my dentist was not available, but I couldn't wait, so they assigned me another dentist. I went at lunchtime and waited 90 minutes until the dentist put some air in the tooth and told me I needed a root canal. Within five visits, I ended up with more pain and a $1.6K bill for a root canal(TY insurance). Funny detail, after I waited 90min to get air on the tooth they called me to charge me $66."
"The team at Del ray dental center is the literal best. I thought some of these reviews were over-exaggerating but no - they really have it together! The care was very personalized, professional, punctual, thorough, and smooth. You can tell the people there communicate very well. If i could, I’d give a 6/5 review!!"
