"I was considering moving here seems like a nice place but thank god I read the reviews I lived In a UDR complex before and it seems there all similar. whoever owns this company needs to seriously hire new management n do a complete 180. Maintenance seems to always be poor in service. ALL MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. I would not recommend any one with common sense to live here. My friend is considering and he is making a very very big mistake. For the love of God get new management/Maintenance and stop ripping people off in the end. If there were a way I can tell the world to run from these establishments trust me I would."

"I have been living here for 3 years and 6 Months after moving in we have mouse and roach problem. I opened at least 20 tickets , issue never resolved. They schedule pest parole , pest ppl have us empty everything move everything and only spend 30 seconds to one minute. We have roach mouse ants issue. There’s so much work to remove everything and then nothing got resolved that we stopped opening any more tickets. Horrible over all Fridge storage bin stuck and broke and they want me to pay 80$ .. overall horrible .. I’m here only because moving is pain and location is nice. But pest problem and maintenance management and a horrible. Here are mice looking for food in the living room as I am typing this."

"One of the best experience overall of moving into a new place! It was a simple and easy process! I applied for the apartment on Monday and I was able to move in by Friday! The application process was simple and all online, the selection was great for options to move in, I love the upgrades, a lot of extra space in the apartment, easy to find parking at any time of day, it is really quiet even with neighbors with kids I love the view I have on my balcony. The area is perfect as well as it is right in the heart of everything and easy to get to and from everything in DC and then if you need to work outside of the city you’re in the perfect spot to get on the interstate and just go! This is a very central location for shopping and food and local spots! This is my second time renting with Arbor Park of Alexandria and I recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a nice and quiet and well managed community."

"I finally moved out of this dump and I have never been happier. The neighborhood kids run around with no supervision and destroy anything they can get their hands on. They broke multiple items on my patio as well as my window and arbor park didn’t care, even with the videos I had of them breaking things. The customer service in the main office is terrible the only way you can reach the office is by going in directly. Good luck calling them. The one lady got very nasty with me multiple times. Parking is a mess, I was told I needed to pay for a reserve spot because I drove a company car and didn’t have the registration in my name. They then later lied directly to my friends face in the same situation saying they didn’t give me a pass for my company car, she got towed and eventually got so frustrated she bought a car and gave up the company benefit. When I moved out they snatched up my deposit for a “bathtub glaze”. Probably needed it to fight off the rats you see running outside in groups up to 4. No one there understands what recycling is they throw their trash in the recycling bins. I’m convinced these 5 star reviews are either never home or were paid for considering they have no comment. The only plus is the maintenance team is very polite and was always prompt when I had an emergency maintenance request. Astounding their customer service is 100 times better than the front office. The rent is cheap for a reason."
