Not only did they recommend a towing service, they worked past their closing time (it was a Saturday and extremely busy) to complete the work on our car. "We are so grateful for the CMA’s Subaru Service Center in Winchester VA. We were traveling to Pennsylvania from Tennessee, and noticed our vehicle had no heat, and all safety features were disable. It was very cold, we stopped at an Auto Zone and were advised not to drive our vehicle until it was checked. Thankfully we found a hotel for Saturday, and Sunday, and we schedule an appointment on line for Monday morning. Brad our mechanic was awesome, he sent us text messages to keep us informed and he apologized for taking so long. Our car was fixed a few hours later and we were able to continue our trip to Pennsylvania. Everyone at this location was very nice. My vehicle was also washed, the Subaru dealer in Winchester treats their customer with the utmost respect! The employees should be commended, especially our mechanic Brad!"
"Fair pricing and very nice people. Waiting area was clean and quiet. My part was taking a while to be delivered so they gave me a loaner vehicle so I could go run errands, without me asking. Then they washed my car after it was all fixed up. Wonderful service."
