"I called this office this morning to make an appointment with Dr. Siskovic since I had a referral from my military healthcare provider. Atlanta was the name of the lady who answered the call. She had a terrible attitude, was rude and not helpful. I don’t recommend a place that treats patients like this and will tell Tricare Humana to not refer this office to other military families. EDIT: Dr. Wagoner called me and she was very professional and courteous. I explained our situation and we were able to clarify the misunderstanding. Since we were in a tight schedule, due to our move to overseas, Dr. Wagoner was very generous with her time and was able to accommodate our visit into her schedule. Atlanta welcomed us and was nicer in person than compared to our interaction on the phone, she treated us respectfully and it was a pleasant visit. The office was very neat and clean and Dr. Wagoner provided us with everything we needed."

"Love this place! Julie (the doctor) and Atlanta (the office manager) run a small, but super shop. They are both friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. What I like best is that Julie offers several different brands of hearing aids. If you've never shopped for hearing aids before, you'll find that most audiologists only offer one brand of hearing aids. Julie offers several, so she can find the ones that are best for your needs. After purchase support couldn't be better. Julie will work with you and adjust your hearing aids until you are completely happy. I am on my second pair of hearing aids from this practice. I expect I'll be getting all of my future ones here as well. Buying your first hearing aids is a scary prospect. Schedule a visit with Julie. You won't be disappointed."
