"Made a same day sick appointment to be seen by PCP and they called to inform me they cancelled my appointment and for me to go to urgent care. My symptoms weren’t super severe. Why offer same day sick appointments if you are just going to cancel and tell people to go somewhere else?"

"Cameron conducted a Video appointment with me this morning. He was very friendly, helpful and yet professional. I liked him because he listened to what I needed and gave me good information and was very thorough. I would highly recommend him."

"Bon Secours has one of the best hospital staff in the world. I do not know who they hired at this certain location representing them, but this by far if is the worst business to seek professional/medical help. Anyone that is interested in their practice please avoid with all costs. I have a family member who is on a medication that is very important/ life saving and the representative at the desk is very crude and seemed to not give a single care in this world about the situation. I was transferred, hung up, and I called back and was spoke to very poorly again and still have yet to get the medication refilled even when the primary care physician Pauline Essa is there. I know all doctors if that’s what we are calling them that here at this specific location are busy, but to deny a life saving medication refill untill seen for another 3 days when they’ve been without it is unheard of. If something happens to my love one due to this situation, I will be handling legal matters in my hand against Bon Secours. Please if anyone cares about a love one please avoid this business. This is an issue that’s been going on for years but no more after this last appointment. I see why their reviews are extremely poor."

"ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO EVER!!! Bon secours needs to be shut down completely!!!! I so wish a different hospital would take over Bon secours. The issue with this practice is: 1) Cameron Simmons acted perfectly nice in my first appointment establishing him as a “doctor” when he is really a PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT. In the virtual appointment that I scheduled with him after our first appointment, he was apparently running late. He ran 25 minutes late. THEN he gave me an attitude on what I told him was wrong. He told me my protein levels and globulin levels are “naturally high for myself” and that I shouldn’t be concerned. PROTEIN IN BLOOD IS NOT NATURALLY HIGH!!! I also have proof from 2012 when the levels were normal. He then told me the spots on my leg, that have been there for over 6 months, just needed to heal and I needed to stop scratching it. I WOULDNT BE GOING TO THE DOCTOR IF THEY WERE HEALING!!!! He rushed me out of the appointment since it was the end of the day. 2) The practice manager LaVonda Hurt took up for Cameron!!!! Any actual caring person would look into the problem and see it’s definitely immoral what he did. She then told me to go to another appointment with him because there were no more doctors left that I could see, even though Dr. Young is apparently taking patients. Ughh this gets worse, SHE THEN called me back to say she talked with Cameron and she “changed her mind”. She now wants me to see a different doctor at that practice that they didn’t have??? She told me she was short a doctor and only had one doctor. When I write this review, please take it into consideration that Bon Secours is the absolute worst hospital and affiliation. They will purposely make you extremely sick. I have a disability and I am discriminated against by Bon secours every time I go. I would much rather suffer with everything going on than go to Bon Secours again. My symptoms have worsened and they don’t care. I can’t move my entire body at night and I’m in excruciating pain. I’ve been with Bon secours for 10 years, I’m the only one looking into my bloodwork, and a different hospital."

"The location is like stepping into a different world compared to the previous location. Staff all seems so much happier, the atmosphere is much more calming, and the exam rooms are so much bigger. Dr. Young was so attentive and helpful. I've been spent the last few years being ignored by other doctors and was so pleased with the care I received here. I would definitely recommend this location and Dr. Young. The only problem I see is parking is a bit limited because of the location but it's not much of a deterrent considering the care I received."
