"High quality products and excellent customer service. The staff was awesome and struck a great balance between helpful and giving us space. They didn’t flock toward us as soon as we entered and didn’t follow us around while we were shopping. We never felt any pressure either, and Yogi was great at answering our questions. "We’ve been here many times, but never actually purchased any furniture. Why? Read on … There are really three different experiences here. If you want something super cheap go to the clearance center, there’s a lot to choose from. If you want middle of the road, no name brands, moderately priced brands, or Amish style custom furniture then there’s a ton of it here and you will do well in the main building. On the other hand, if you are looking for higher end furniture, they have a nice higher end showroom but that’s where things start to go downhill. Nobody in the higher end building is actually a designer. They are just order takers. The nice person we worked with yesterday told us what not to buy and also suggested we search on Amazon, but wouldn’t make the effort to help us through some of the catalogs or really understand what we were looking for since the piece we were interested in was not on the floor. We went down the road and got much better service from another showroom."

"Belfort has a big campus in Dulles. The main showroom is the largest building with all levels of pricing and quality furniture. The other two show rooms are on the same side of the road, where one is the gallery (high end) and one is the clearance showroom (Red Tag == furniture from warehouse; Blue Tag == As is, floor model). We met with Davis in the main show room. Davis is very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. He was able to educate us on the various manufactures and also what would come as the 'baseline' of the furniture. Davis is not pushy at all and allowed us the time to explore while provide some general guidelines of the sections of the warehouse where we could fine what we are looking for. The overall experience is very nice and enjoyable."

"We recently lost our house to a fire and had the daunting task of replacing all of our furniture. When we initially visited Belfort Furniture we were overwhelmed with all of the choices for so many rooms but Gil suggested we work with a designer. We met with Toni Salazar who was nothing short of amazing. We provided her room dimensions and a brief description of our tastes and she met with us two weeks later with a presentation. Our tastes tend to be more traditional but Toni coaxed us out of our comfort zone and offered some wonderful suggestions that really worked for us. She helped us with color choices and even provided some feedback on paint selections that brought the rooms together. The furniture delivered was staged by Belfort's professional delivery staff who were very accomodating and careful during the move process. The customer pickup location is staffed by wonderful customer service professionals who helped us load the few additional pieces we picked up. Toni followed up with a visit to ensure everything was staged correctly and we were happy with the final product. In the end we have a stunning home with beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully chosen furniture. Toni is amazing and Belfort was the right choice for us! We have been Belfort customers for over 20 years and will continue to be for many more. We highly recommend them!"
