"Fix the appointment process! (2⭐ instead of 1 because the staff was polite and it's not their fault), Twice I've made an appointment online for a vaccination and upon arrival I've been notified that there is no inventory for the required vax. I'm told that despite making an appointment online/through the app that it doesn't take into account the inventory. This is frustrating and highly inconvenient. I was told I should make the appointment online then call the pharmacy to check for inventory, also because I can't make an appointment on the phone. Fix the app and/or the appointment process, or else you'll lose customers that have been using myWalgreens loyally."

"I don't know what has happened to Walgreens over the last few years. They were once on point but no more. They're certainly not paying any attention to their reviews. The biggest issue I have with them is that prescriptions are almost never ready when promised. They expect you to understand their workload challenges. That should be a good thing!! You have the overwhelming sales, come up with a system to manage that demand, or your workload will decrease..."

"Pharmacy techs are rude and lack knowledge of their own policies and procedures. On multiple prescriptions I had to return multiple times to finally pick up. This is the last time I use this store and location."
