CVS Pharmacy

"Very rude staff at the Great Neck CVS. Usually do not have meds in stock. Take forever to fill prescriptions even when they do have them in stock. Never inform me if a prescription is filled or not or why it’s taking so long. Have to continue to bug them on when I can pick up meds or have to have my Doctors office call them to get it filled. I would not recommend using them as your pharmacy. Also wait times to pick up whether your in the store or drive through takes extremely too long."

"Dropped off paper scripts on Thursday for Saturday pick up. My rx was not ready on Saturday and they lost 2 of my 5 rx. This is ridiculous. The lady at the register was nice but took this opportunity to further delay me as she trained a new staff member. Needs leadership. Great Neck and First Colonial Rd CVS."

"This place is close to my house and never really busy the hours are shorter then others but they keep their stock up pretty well."

"I went into this CVS this morning on my way to work to get to get my passport photo. Ariel was the only one working at the front counter and she was very busy. She gave what I would have to say was incredibly awesome service. I was not the only one in the store... and people kept coming. she continued to help me, assist other customers, and did all this with great customer service skills. I even said to her " how do you stay so calm"? She just smiled and kept working. I can see how stressful being the only one working would be and I'm not so sure I'd be so pleasant myself. I would have expected her to be frustrated and panicked. She was not. So, I told her what a great job she was doing and thought I would take the time to recognize her with an online review. She is a great asset to your store and I hope you know how much your customers appreciate her fast friendly service. She is a great example of what customer service should be like and maybe you should use her to train and coach your other employees??? Job well done Ariel and I hope I see your smiling face again the next time I step into this CVS !"
