"I called to ask a simple question about car audio installation. I was put on hold for over 17 minutes. When I finally got someone the girl DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CAR AUDIO BUT TOLD ME SHE WORKS IN THAT DEPARTMENT! That’s just crazy. Very unorganized place. Just order it online whatever it is. Unfortunately this was a car head unit that requires installation that I wanted and I needed to speak with someone. The line got disconnected then some guy who seemed Filipino by his accent answered and couldn’t answer my question. He put me on hold when I told him to go ask the technician. He gives me a big sigh and puts me on hold. Then I hear him pick the phone up and hang up again. Exactly what the girl did."

"I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent order for a Baby Brezza newborn baby product. I had high expectations when placing my order with Best Buy, but unfortunately, the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. The customer service representatives I interacted with were unhelpful and failed to provide me with the assistance I needed. Despite my attempts to resolve the issues, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was ultimately pushed to cancel my order. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the significance of the product being purchased for my newborn. I had hoped for a seamless and stress-free shopping experience with Best Buy, but instead, I encountered numerous obstacles and a lack of support. As a customer, I expect better treatment and a higher standard of service. I sincerely hope that Best Buy will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve their customer service and order fulfillment processes. I urge the company to reevaluate its approach to handling customer concerns and to ensure that others do not have to endure the same frustrating experience that I did. "Don’t bother putting in an online pickup order. I put an order 3 hours ago for pickup. After 3 hours I went to the store to find out the status of my order. According to the employee at the desk the order was still not processed yet. I asked if they had any TV’s that were the same model in the warehouse. He said they had 3 in stock, but I would have to cancel my online order and buy the TV in person again. Why should I have to wait 3 hours for a pickup the same day and only to be told that they don’t have it, but they want you to turn around and buy it again is completely absurd. They should’ve just given me the TV that was in stock to begin with. Absolutely will not return under any circumstances and will not continue doing business with them ever again!"
